Cutting edge technologies, a lot of international travels if you like, working with people from different culture backgrounds, promotion opportunities if you could figure out how to work inside the company
Cons
salary and bonus are very good, great training opportunities as you can go to conferences and shows but you need to convince your managers to support, budget is not an issue
