Pros

The products used are the best part of the company. The team environment before it was ruined. The environment is very positive in the office, even though I believed it to be a facade.

Cons

This is the worst company I’ve ever worked for and it starts from the top! The CEO is a liar, cheapskate, and dictator. Trickles down to the direct supervisors who follow his every word. Do not believe the good reviews they’re probably all staged. Everyone who works here quits pretty quickly once they realized who they’re working for. The pay is bad and the training is bad. They lied to everyone about a company trip in order for people to take the job. Working here was probably the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life.

Pros

Unlimited potential for growth. I started in sales 5 years ago and worked my way up to President and part owner.

Cons

Competitive and high expectation environment. Continuous feedback and ongoing training require people who are coachable and motivated to grow. Not ideal for those who prefer a slower or more hands-off workplace.

Pros

Genuinely when your at the company at first the culture is a beautiful thing where growth seems like it’s right around the corner. Some of the people at the company are genuine sweet hearts who deserve more. Appreciate the ability to learn.

Cons

The main issue with the business is the cut throat nature of how everyone is treated things such as be real are associated with the company when multiple individuals with over 1 year tenures have remain unpaid once leaving, at the end of the day what’s it’s about is sales if your selling there happy but that’s what the culture is unfortunately selling high priced roofing/siding at 30-40-% higher then every other contractor your up against, I can tell you I’ve had success here, but the success isn’t worth it when you have people who only care about money , and money only gets you so far when helping and growing your company that once had 25 employees to being cut down to 9 seems to be a sign of that
