      Culture really suffered after the COO left DEI feels like an afterthought Work-life balance is encouraged but can escape you pretty quickly if you get too invested in the mission.

      Pros

      They really make it seem like a community even though the company is fully remote. Everyone is super friendly! They really care about their employees, I saw it first hand. Would have loved to land a full-time position here post internship, but they have very limited opportunities past that.

      No room for growth in the company post-internship!
