Hey, you know what? Every system has room for improvement. Ours are no different. And while I certainly wouldn’t describe anything about our work environment as being “on fire” we have a leadership team that is passionate about making sure everyone is happy doing their part in moving all of us forward as a company. While it’s a shame we weren’t able to find an ideal solution for your contributions, thanks for complimenting our PTO policies.
