Pros

not really anything that is a pro about this job

Cons

This is not a real job. They make you cold call 300-400 people a day. That is because the company has no money for real leads. The people on the calling list is just random home owners in the state of Arizona. So basically you're getting cussed at until you find that random person that actually doesn't want to cuss you out. I started working there primarily because it was $20 an hour. Looking back, I thought it was the best I could do. Since then they dropped the pay from starting at 20 down to 15. The workers pretend to be happy but go outside every 15 minute break they get to vape and smoke because of how stressful it is.

Pros

I have never worked for such kind, generous, helpful, humble, and intelligent employers as the Fusion Power team.

Cons

There really aren’t any downsides.

Pros

1099, handle your own schedule. Training is provided. No "mandatory" meetings, actually respected 1099 status. Service opportunities and trips, as well as frequent activities held at the office. Offers so many products, way more than 95% of solar companies. A lot of resources are provided. Potential is there for good money. No real interview, if you want to do it, they'll bring you on.

Cons

If the person that "recruited" you leaves, you're on your own. No real managers anywhere on sales side. High red lines to work against. Initial training is structured. After that weekly training was unstructured and left to the discretion of whoever was providing it. Often devolved into story time or narrow circumstances. Constant technical struggles on the software side. As with any solar, long period from sale to pay day. Turn over is through the roof. No real interview, kind of feel like I was slightly hoodwinked when I was recruited.
