The company is primed to grow but is still working through issues to set up future success.

Can be long stressful days.

People seem friendly on the outside. Too much friendliness is suspicious.

Many things: masked as a great workplace but they do not give support to people to perform their duties for example your work is dependent on other teams or people, inspite of reminding or asking numerous times for updates and depending work progress nobody gives a definite answer or extend help, since this stops you from performing your work you get blamed and thrown out of the company. Old employees are gods, anyone hired after them are disposed like trash. Most of the old employees it’s their first job they don’t know a world outside this company but still the CEO trusts them so much that anyone with a more experience and comes from other companies are just treated like second grade citizens. This company never encourages outside opinions except for those old employees who never saw outside world. There is no diversity.
