Cons
The whole management team has changed in the last 1-2 years and almost all the people that worked for more then 5-6 years in the company left.
Some of the managers are very good as tech leads, but they lack soft skills and they are not close to people, they don't understand or care about their problems. It used to be a really good company, but now it's not the case anymore, at least from my point of view.
