Pros
Collaborative and friendly work environment, easy to have work life balance, non-stressful most of the time, great benefits from day one, 3 weeks PTO + bank holidays, direct management is very supportive and pleasant to work with
Cons
pay is low with very minimal increase year to year, periods of change can be stressful with little support from higher ups, upper management is very out of touch with day-to-day operations, when there are staffing shortages, everyone is overworked, over the years you're expected to take on more work with very little pay increase
