Pros

you meet some nice people

Cons

i'm not a negative person, but there are more cons with this job than pros. benefits are limited due to it being a new company, your shift changes every two months, wouldn't be surprised if they lose their major client Sprint, people are walking out of this place every day, no job security. none of the management has experience with working for Sprint, let alone retail period. The whole company pretty much formed when a group decided to quit their jobs at US Bank and create this company, one big mess of a network system. They expect you to adjust with less than a 24 hour notice. Not even an announcement that 2018 benefit enrollment period was pushed to April when we were told it was going to be November/December. Management not willing to take over sup calls when customer requests to speak to a supervisor, just waits until they disconnect from being on hold for so long.
