Pros
- Excellent Team leads (Weekly 1:1s, daily check ins, easy to talk to) - Matured SOC environment (KB full of queries, SOP, playbooks) - Training Budget that is actively encouraged to use - Strong Remote Culture, people are kept accountable to pull their weight
Cons
- Day Shifts require focus and can be full from start to end - Client relationships are tough to manage, you need to be good at understanding how to talk to them - Need to be used to the remote lifestyle, you cannot grift off of people like you would if onsite, its on you to constantly learn and advocate for yourself. Nobody can see what you do at home or what you are going through.
