Pros
It has a very balanced work/life environment. The people are great and the management is pretty solid. They have a good balance of products and services but none are at the top of the spectrum. However, they just changed their model and will be focusing on more services and are vertically aligned. You won't get rich but you'll live comfortably.
Cons
The products are high quality but it's a 'me too' with the hardware platforms. They also do not have a well established brand in the US (although they are huge in Japan). The pay for a sales professional is below average. They definately manage your income and to the low side.
