Pros
Exposure and learning was great but there was a lack of training, great co-workers, friendly enviroment, I learned alot because it was swim or sink atmosphere.
Cons
long hours, stressful enviroment, company was struggling and alot of negative people, alot of vacation days were forced at certain times Finance leadership made it worse
