What a great place to work. I was surrounded by a fantastic team that was always helpful, friendly, efficient, and simply brilliant. Lots of flexibility and trust was given to all employees which was much appreciated and boosted productivity.

Honestly there is not many cons I can think of.

- Learned *so* much. - Working with smart, passionate people who have learned the problem space deeply. - Getting experience with AWS, Azure, and a bunch of programming languages. - Excellent equipment and office space. No BS. Everyone did everything they could to maximize developer time and productivity.

- Internal feedback wasn't taken seriously enough. - Decisions about the direction of the product were made in secret. - A lot of great ideas that never got considered. I think this came from a position of slight arrogance (in their decisions) and slight ignorance (about the details of the product and about what people actually want) of the upper management. - Culture became less and less enjoyable as we became more and more drowned in work and deadlines. - While the company started out with the best intentions, by the end the only goal seemed to be to make money. Not necessarily to, you know, help the world.
