good overall culture which promotes less politics and more critical thinking. Also questioning seniors on right things are considered healthy approach. Nothing like it if you want to learn.
Cons
Lack of employee benefits like proper health insurance ( current one is linked to a salary account from a particular bank and doesn't cover dependents)
