Pros

In my experience, the company culture did not reflect the values that were often communicated internally, such as transparency, fairness, and employee-first decision-making. After many years with the organization, I felt that leadership decisions were not always transparent, and employees were not always given the full picture. There also seemed to be a strong top-down structure where certain leadership relationships influenced decision-making. This created an environment where it was difficult to feel fully supported or heard, especially in sensitive roles that required trust, confidentiality, and clear communication. While the company may pay above market in some cases, compensation does not replace a healthy culture, psychological safety, or transparent leadership. Over time, the work environment became difficult to sustain, and I felt it was best to move on.

Cons

Good compensation and learning exposure, but the culture and leadership transparency need serious improvement. In my experience, the workplace was extremely stressful, with frequent yelling, shouting, and unprofessional language used openly in the office. This had a negative impact on employee morale and created an uncomfortable environment. There were opportunities to learn, but trying to bring positive change felt very difficult. Over time, the environment became draining, especially when leadership did not seem open to feedback or accountability. There was also a lack of appreciation, and strong employees could easily feel unsupported instead of encouraged. The company may offer competitive pay, but compensation does not replace respect, professionalism, psychological safety, and healthy leadership.
