The company culture and leadership have been recently revamped and will provide an excellent experience with lots of growth opportunities for new employees.

There are not a lot of downsides to working at this company. Lots of great opportunity.

- Small Company which had 20-25 Employees, so felt like a small family. -Managers and Colleagues were supportive and encouraging. - Frequent Potlucks, Office Games, etc. -Owners were very nice and maintained professional relationships with everyone, even presented growth opportunities.

- Poor Management Tactics executed by top level managers. - I guess the company being that small can also be a con
