Pros
The best things are the benefits, how many placed give you 20 paid days off a year and some major holidays. the insurance benefits are very affordable as frontier picks up the majority of the cost for us. Flexible scheduling allows me time off when I need it
Cons
I have been with Frontier for over 7 years and really have not found anything lacking. they offer college reimbursement for tuition, job advancement opportunity and great training for all aspects of the jobs we do on a daily basis. the only thing I would caution anyone looking at Frontier as an easy job, needs to go elsewhere. the customers are the worst part of the job, and we overcome that because we need to work
