Pros

Tried to make it fun at first. Was not so bad first year Until Intuit, whk they partnered with started calling all the shots.

Cons

Too many metrics, terrible sick policy. You still get written up even when you use your vacation time, proof that you were actually sick means nothing. Treat employees like children, giving out balloons and cookies for job well done. Even though you were hired for technical support you are forced to sell products to meet metrics.

Cons

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
