Inconsistency in pay. Base rates can be changed without your approval, Additional non-paying work required, Lack of Incentives or Bonus, Limited Amenities and PTO, No room for advancement and/or monetary advancements. Lack of rewards for fulfilling exceptional work and client servicing.
