Pros
Everyone at the company was very nice, which made for a pleasant work environment. The core values of the company really made working there a great experience. A lot of companies (particularly pharmaceutical companies) have nice sounding mission statements that they make up for share holders to feel better about taking advantage of customers. This company is not one of them. They stay true to their values and really care about helping people. I would recommend a friend to work there. I worked there as a temp through an agency, so I never had their benefits, but from what I heard from other employees, the benefits package was very good.
Cons
The company is still very new, so they are still figuring some things out. Nothing that affected me in a negative way. Mostly things like protocols and administrative functions are still being tested and put into effect. If you're comfortable with a start-up type environment, then this is no problem.
