The management structure feels chaotic, and promotion criteria lack transparency. There is a culture that appears to reward flattery and visibility over consistent performance. High performers are frequently overloaded with work. I also observed inconsistencies in expectations for employees in the same role. Long working hours and frequent overtime are common.
