      Pros

      Weekly pay, work day goes by fast, and benefits are great. The overall job part is great.

      Cons

      The pay is ok as long as you hit your numbers that they make for you. Force product on you which makes controlling inventory and stales a struggle at times. These things affect your pay. Most of management doesn’t come from the field so after a few months of training they think they know best.

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
