      Very Flexible schedule. You are on call most of the time but if you set clear expectations with your team, the job isn't bad. You must be organized and able to prioritize tasks as there are different task to complete at the same time

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
