Pros
Amazingly hard working peers. Regardless of whatever department you work with you can count on each other for help and support.
Cons
Benefits are lack luster. 3 weeks vacation a year until 10th year then you get 4 weeks, and due to amount of projects and lack of staff can be almost impossible to take. Even on vacation or sick days you have to remain on call., you never get away fully to relax and rejuvenate your mind. Work-life balance is not-existent, pretty much on call 24/7. Managers are managers, not mentors. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Upper management not in touch with the reality of work involved to do anything. Favoritism and brown nosing is the way to move up. It's not what you know it's who you know.
