Pros
If there is someone who manages the franchise and has Computer skills, they know how to operate efficiently. If they do not then its good luck getting things done correctly. You do have a chance to get good experience as a traveling technician.
Cons
Upper management is poor. You need to work a lot of hours and up sell things the customer doesn't need to make any good money. I had to work every Saturday to bring home any kind of decent pay. A good staring point but unless you want to own your own franchise, move on in 1-2 years.
