The office location wasn't so great

Free lunch every Wednesday. 401k, dental, vision, and health insurance. Conveniently located right to the strip and China town for many food options for lunch. Free water, coffee, and diet soda.

Management is a joke, no one want to take responsibility. 3D lead doesn't want to teach others his tricks for better looking renders, even though the company sponsored 3D rendering classes for him to take and "share" his new knowledge. Hard to get a raise, even when your responsibilities have dramatically increased. Hours of operation is 8am-5pm but expect to be available and work 24/7 like the casinos we cater to, even on vacation. "Our clients are open 24/7, so we should too!" -CEO of Friedmutter. Another great quote from our CEO, "Work should be your priority. Don't let your family get in the way of your job." Also, you technically don't have a job title, so they can force you to do other work you're not qualified for, i.e. working in construction documents.
