Pros
Typically nice in-house management staff. Despite the utter lack of support they get from corporate they do have great dispositions and work really hard to create a productive work environment.
Cons
There is a complete and utter lack of communication with the corporate office. They are rude and dismissive of all staff, including managers. There is an incredibly high turn-over rate due to the corporate structure. You will constantly be working for new bosses and having new coworkers, as nearly everyone attempts to find a new job inside of 3months (which is about how long it takes to realize that this is not a hiccup in their system, this is just how they do business). They also have a terrible job of paying vendors so you will constantly be dealing with creditors or getting yelled at by vendors because their accounts are outstanding to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars.
