Pros

The pay is okay. That's about it for this place.

Cons

Poor management. The people in management do not know what they are doing. There's only one supervisor in there that knows how to do things on the floor and he's the only one that does anything that's the second shift supervisor. HR is not for the people here it's for the company they do not care about the people that work there. If you have any health issues you better pretend like you don't. They will fire you for any reason and keep people that don't know what they're doing. People that cause problems. What they do makes no sense that's why they're struggling so much right now.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
