      Great Benefits, facility is awesome and new, management seems to really care about you and your trajectory.

      Cons

      Since the plant is new they are still trying to get organized, so that can be frustrating when things change day to day.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, bonuses. There are a lot of talented and genuinely good people who work for this company. If you work in the office you can get 5 weeks of PTO. Most people are out of the office by 3 or 4.

      Cons

      As company gets bigger, some perks are disappearing. It happens with any startup.
