Freshpaint has a lot of hardworking and great people. The have the best brand in the space and best product

Cons

As they grow and scale they’re still finding their identity in this next phase of growth. Not all the new hires have been the best fit, and sometimes we seem lost or confused

Pros

- The amount of autonomy & ownership you get over your work is quite high and I appreciate and enjoy that. No one is standing in your way creating blockers for you to succeed. - The work is challenging but in a good way - there isn't any monotony - Fastest moving startup I've ever been at - Leadership team has a very clear vision and strategy in place with efficient and effective execution plans - The people! It's a great group of people to work with that make work collaborative but also fun and enjoyable - Benefits are the best I've ever seen for an early stage startup of our size - Consistent acknowledgement of hard work via promotions and/or raises - Compensation is quite competitive

Cons

- As said above, it's the fastest moving startup I've ever been at. This might not be for everyone. - It's not a "learning on the job" type of environment but we mostly hire senior people in their roles so this hasn't proven to be a true issue - A "holiday shutdown" would be nice but unlimited PTO mitigates this
