Pros
Not all but few co-founders are really good, motivating & they really teach you a lot if you get into their team
Cons
Many. 1. You will always have to ask for salary. The company hardly have 100 employees & it takes them 15 days to give all employees' salary. 2. One of the co-founder doesn't have talking manners. 3. Few team lead have narrow thinking, they just think of their team & not for the overall company's betterment 4. No holidays & there's no concept of working hours, it's more or less 24*7
