Terrible High-Pressure Conditions - Cashier FreshPro Foodmart Employee Review

I'm writing this to help others to be aware of the situation there. A real lack of respect for "basic" employee/human rights. Mistakes are often unfairly blamed on staff with lower job titles. The work environment is high-pressure, and employees feel they must stay due to their personal circumstances, creating opportunities for misuse of authority. I was surprised to see such treatment in Canada, where fair labor practices are expected casue There were situations where employees were treated unfairly based on race.
