I had high hopes when I started, but it quickly became clear that this company is all talk. I thought I was joining a great team, but it quickly became clear that this company has serious issues. The leadership is incompetent, and they make decisions that harm employee morale. There’s no opportunity for growth or recognition and I've witnessed many talented people leave because of the toxic environment or they are forced to resign no matter they are "Tenured employees" on the basis of INFORMAL PIP. The management gives you vague reasons and one of my fav reason was " No full stop used at the end of the sentence" so you are not culturally fit. 2. The company talks about being a ‘family,’ but it feels more like a dysfunctional one. There’s a lot of favouritism and secretive behaviour among management. It’s a toxic place that drains your energy and enthusiasm. "Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere." The atmosphere is filled with negativity and it feels like a pressure cooker. Employees feel so undervalued here. If you enjoy being miserable, then this is the place for you.
