Fresche truly has a unique culture that is hard to find in today's extremely competitive markets. The culture and mission to maintain 100% customer referencability is really at the core of every interaction (both internal and outbound), and that creates a collaborative environment where everyone is working together towards a greater goal, rather than pointing fingers and blaming. Also, from my first day, I felt comfortable and welcomed by everyone. The Fresche team is very much like a family and genuinely do care to learn more about you as an Individual & as a Professional. I can say with 100% confidence that my ideas are respected and taken seriously at all levels of the organization, and knowing this has brought a pride and passion to my work that I have never experiences in my past positions. This is what I believe to be the difference between a 'job' and a career. I am very happy that I found Fresche and really look forward to growing with the organization.
Cons
They are located in Griffintown which has been hit with construction this summer, so driving can be a struggle. However they do partially reimburse for using public transit, putting you less than 15 minutes walking to work from Bonaventure.
