I have had a great experience since being hired in April 2025. My team consistently strives to exceed goals and inspires me to continue learning and growing alongside them. It has been a long time since I’ve been surrounded by people who share similar professional goals and aren’t afraid to put in the work to achieve them.

I will say exiting the parking lot is a bit of con, So many people park on the street and they block visibility.

Great people/coworkers (mostly) Paid lunches when trials/launches happen No system for managing time in/out for salaried employees Happy hours at work with creative events at times Nature around the area to walk when needed

Overworked and underpaid Lazy management Minimal structure Contradictive food safety culture Improper, not up to code product development lab (no designated hand sink) Leadership treats meetings as personal conversation hour Poor decision making and minimal guidance from leadership "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality is rampant
