Major layoffs. The company had a PE acquisition and has since made constant changes. Every other week there is an all hands on deck call. These consist of travel bans, layoffs, and bonus structure changes. Leadership maintains what they call “transparency.” It’s anything but that. There is zero support for sales people. And there is nothing put in place to better understand their talent and how they can make them successful. In leaderships own words, “We hire fast and we fire fast.” If this isn’t telling about the state of the company I don’t know what is. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for.
