      Plenty of leads, that is one thing i cannot knock the company for. Agents have a plenty of resources for leads.

      Cons

      Commission plan could be more competitive. Your pay is mainly driven from how much fee's you can collect from someone. That should not be the metric of a successful agent but it is here.
