      Compensation was competitive. Firm wide had a good culture of collaboration but this office did not.

      Cons

      Poor leadership that ignores firm wide policies and procedures. Staff and attorneys in the office keep to themselves. Does not feel like a team environment due to attorneys workload and lack of communication. Smaller offices are disconnected from the firm’s mission and culture.

      Boston office is a GREAT place to work! Professional work environment, highly talented colleagues, conveniently located to public transit, cutting edge systems and software, and great people to work along side!
