      Pros

      The administration and families I work with are very supportive. The administration is open to new ideas. I like the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      I do not get to see my students in person.

      Pros

      Working with the teachers who are not employees but independent contractors.

      Cons

      Very negative workplace. The people gossip and backstab each other and the leadership turns a deaf ear when problems are brought to their attention. There is no formal process for annual reviews and no ability to advance within the organization.
