Thank you for your feedback and personal experience. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the opportunities for growth and your department structure during your time at Freedom.
As with most small companies, it takes time for the organization to grow and develop the need for an extended hierarchy within each department. Freedom has seen that growth, and through department assessments identified areas of opportunity for team members to take the next step in their careers. With our increased growth, we have been able to fill the organizational hierarchy to offer additional managerial support and allow our employees to specialize in their positions and find opportunities for professional development and growth.
Our discussion-led annual goal and performance review process allows managers and employees to work together to establish yearly personal, professional, and department goals that will help each employee elevate their career as they strive to meet the objectives they help set. Over the last year, we have worked on defining clear career paths for every position throughout the company. Each career path adapts to each employee based on their professional interests, skill sets, and job description. Our organic career paths and job descriptions grow with each employee as they continue their professional development and grow their career with Freedom. We encourage growth from inside and outside our organization to fill the new opportunities that arise as we continue to expand into new regions and enhance our service portfolio.
As a company, we strive to acknowledge the contributions from each department at all levels of employment and value their impact on the company's growth. We have established a rewards and recognition program for all employees to recognize one another and reward each other for their contributions towards our business goals and strategic initiatives. We have seen an uptick in interdepartmental collaboration and will continue to expand and revise our recognition programs to ensure each member of our team feels the value they bring to Freedom daily.
