Great place to work. The world needs more of these places. They truly care for their patients. Treated very well as an employee. Would still be there if they hadn't closed.

Pros

Tons of classes and training when you initially start.

Cons

Lack of teamwork between nursing staff and mental health techs. Communication is inconsistent, and lack transparency. High turnover due to lack of appreciation and burn out.

It's a job that pays.

Cons

Everything other than the pay. Seriously, believe whatever you have heard about this company and the owner. You are expected to be on call 24 hours a day, everyday for your area, with no additional pay. You are expected to complete intake forms, even if you are not clinical and have never seen the patient. You will be required to make 15 contacts a day, every week, and questioned as to why you have not and expected to make up for it, they provide you the contacts, which are often non-viable.
