Very little opportunity for advancement A lot of drama and gossip No job security Management will keep putting more and more things on your plate, but you are expected to still complete every task as quickly as you were before everything was stacked on top of it. Sexual harassment is very bad, but nobody ever gets punished for it. Males are definitely paid and respected more. You cannot trust anyone. One day you'll have a job and the next you wont.
