Pros
-Decent benefits
-Free lunch Friday's for everyone in the company
-The CEO does truly care for his employees, I've seen him do great things for them on individual scales
Cons
-I've seen managers fight for raises for their team/individual and still get denied
-Weird environment. There are two offices: HQ and Global Operations. HQ is an uncomfortable place that most try to avoid. Global Operations is a good environment with down to earth people. However, we all have different personalities, if you get the chance to choose for some reason, choose wisely because it could make or break your experience here.
-Management needs help in all departments. There is no structure, lack of communication, and understanding.
-This place was once a five star place to work, I would say. They are growing quickly, which is awesome for them! But unfortunately, they are not handling that growth very well. Things are getting missed, people are getting overlooked, and company culture is getting really superficial. I hope they can get it together and be as awesome of a company to work for as they used to be.
