Pros

De-valued RSUs. Great place to work very little & dwell in mediocrity if you’re someone looking to coast and do not care about career advancement or ethics. You’ll do well if you have no discomfort/conscience about throwing your peers under a bus. The environment is particularly fitting if you’re a white man with a proclivity towards making bad decisions which you’ll never be held accountable for.

Cons

Extreme dysfunction beyond anything I’ve ever seen - re-structures every other month; red tape and political bureaucracy preclude the ability to get anything done. Heavy on LinkedIn thought leadership content, light on actual innovation that could save the company’s business. Competent leaders get pushed out. It’s transformed into a center for mediocrity in my short tenure - no mobility for career advancement or higher pay, and leadership/HR will rig the review process annually. Unfortunately, much of middle management is put in a position to act unethically at the whims of senior leadership. I doubt this latest re-structure decision/spinoff will change the culture at this company - the hard truth is that it must come from a top down overhaul.
