      -Free clothes quarterly for uniform. -Some good people at the store.

      Cons

      -Very poor management in the store, but also head office. -Very slow paced, with little to do. -No career development or incentive to stay. -Very poor work life balance. -Toxic environment.

      Pros

      Clothing allowance is decent. Staff is very down to earth and chill.

      Cons

      Minimum wage job, no commission, no benefits, (benefits are for full time and full time is only for managers) Seems to be a cultural disconnect from the US location and the EU locations, Alot of downtime during the week. Sometimes the weekends can be slow as well. No opportunity to move up in the company since all offices are in the UK.
