Pros

The money was good while they were paying it.

Cons

Constant worry about termination, berating by inept managers, team members constantly out to thwart you, executives who only care about the bottom line and not employees actual lives

Thank you for your reply. Our world changed dramatically in early 2020. As always the safety, health, and professional development of our employees is paramount. Here’s a quick list of some, but certainly not all, of what Frazer has done to ensure the we are Safe by Choice, Not by Chance: - Paid 100% of employee time for ALL Covid related absences for employees through September of 2021 over and beyond what the government paid - Paid over $60,000 to mitigate Covid at our facility including: professional disinfecting between A & B shifts; motion sensor activated UV lights installed at all computer kiosks for constant cleaning of shared surfaces; touchless methods to open and close doors, barriers installed in break room, restroom areas, and other high traffic areas; daily onsite screenings by HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Team. The net result of these and many other measures is that Frazer has not had a single known case of internal spread of Covid - Developed a 21 page Pandemic Preparedness and Response Plan that we continue to update as new information emerges for this and future pandemics - Communicated weekly (and still do) with all employees with the latest local and national information on the pandemic and what we and our employees can best do to stay safe - Implemented a Learning Management System to house and track safety training, weekly toolbox meetings, company update meetings, etc. with all employees completing the needed courses - Have a robust internal program of submitting and following up on hazard recognitions including employees who work remotely which can help drive weekly toolbox/training topics For BOTH 2020 and 2021 our employees voted us one of the Houston Chronicle’s Top Midsize Workplaces. One employee told me he felt safer at work than out in public and that we were like the NBA bubble. I laughed and said we aren’t nearly as fancy but I’m certainly glad he sees the importance of everyone going home the same way they showed up to work. Regarding pay we subscribe annually to Salary.com. We input our company size, industry, and region and ensure our pay falls within the standard range and often sit at the upper limits of it. We offer competitive benefits including employee medical, dental, vision, and disability, 401k match, PTO accrual from day one, annual performance reviews, and more. Many job positions are filled internally by those wanting to cross train and take on greater responsibility. For those with a great work ethic and critical thinking skills, they have a long career at Frazer. In return I ask that we treat each other with dignity and respect. Finally, if you steal our things or our time you will no longer be an employee at Frazer. Period. It all seems rather fair to me and to our nearly 200 Frazer Family members. Good luck on your future endeavors.

Pros

I’ve had the privilege of working at Frazer for over 25 years, starting at the ground level and growing alongside the company. Throughout my journey, I’ve experienced a workplace culture that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development. Frazer isn’t just a company—it’s a community. The people here are what make the experience truly exceptional. I’ve always felt supported and empowered to stretch my wings, contribute ideas, and help bring those ideas to life. That sense of ownership and trust has helped me grow not just as a professional, but as a person. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for project management and take pride in presenting Frazer in the most professional light possible. I’m always looking for ways to help the company evolve and improve, because I believe in what we do and the impact we make in the world of mobile healthcare. Frazer has given me more than a job—it’s given me a career with purpose. I’m proud to be a part of this journey and excited about the future we’re building together.

Cons

Honestly, after 23 years, it’s hard to find a real “con.” Like any workplace, there are challenges, but they’re typically opportunities in disguise — chances to grow, improve, or innovate.

Thank you for this beautiful and heartfelt review. I feel deeply grateful for your 23 years of passion, commitment, and leadership at Frazer. You built your career here through sheer grit and curiosity, and have evolved into a leader in communication, strategy, and project ownership. Your vision not only shapes how those outside of Frazer see us, it lifts our internal teams and challenges us to reach higher. On a personal note, I’ve learned the power of beautifully done, easy-to-read graphics and presentations from you. The way you view the world, always striving to make information both clear and aesthetically pleasing, changed the lens through which I see many things. I also admire how you turn challenges into opportunities (aka really cool stuff). Thank you for giving your all to this company and your fellow Frazer Family members. I can't wait to see what the next 23 years hold ;)
