Pros
Great group of folks to work with. Growing outsourcing company. Employers really care about their team. Over-time was available almost all the time. Switching shifts was allowed. Small office environment with relaxed dress code, since no face to face interactions with customers is required. All customer service was by phone or email & using proprietary company software. After 2 weeks of paid training, the job paid more than minimum wage to start. This is a 24 hour operation, so multiple shifts are available. Fast paced, detailed, customer service work providing front office outsourced services to businesses around the country. Back office & payroll positions available at FRAX also. Employees were allowed to bank Paid Time Off hours & cash that out when needed. Over-all, one of my best employment situations.
Cons
Some employees would not swap shifts or would not show up for shifts they agreed to work for you in your absence. Sometimes, holiday work would be required. Sometimes you would get called & requested to come in due to another employee calling off. Not guaranteed FT hours & not guaranteed overtime would be available, although, if you show you are a reliable employee & step up when needed, you are more likely to be offered or approved to receive FT/OT opportunities. Complicated network of companies to handle calls for - necessary to become familiar with names of business owners & employees at the locations using FRAX outsourcing services, & know what their preferences are for handling a number of situations.
