Pros

Great way to receive supervision hours to unlicensed staff. Great clients Some really great management

Cons

Low pay. Will not discuss salary even with long term employees or employees with highly sought after trainings. Seem very money hungry in terms of how much work they expect you to do but do not compensate anywhere near competitors. Work life balance isn't there. Clients can be challenging and little support. No Autism training... like none. Ever. Does not take staff input into consideration. High turn over at the cost of clients well being a lot of the time. Low room for growth Benefits are not great Just overall do not seem to care about staff. I have heard a lot of negative feedback from clients/families due to lack of training and consistency in staffing accross divisions.

Pros

Leadership cares about its employees and everyone cares about the clients. The company pays what they can based on markets and insurance payouts. But they care and will provide whatever services are needed on a case by case basis. As a professional, my clients are the “why” and the company reflects the values of many of the long timers.

Cons

Long wait list, not enough qualified providers when comparing to the demand. Not necessarily the fault of Fraser, but a clear indication of the need for qualified staff who want to do this amazing work.

Pros

Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

Cons

Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
