      Pros

      Work-Life balance is a huge pro for employees. FI does a great job showing their employees they care. Bonuses, great health care insurance, work from anywhere program, surprise gifts from time to time, employee recognition, referral programs, and very nice employee events are a few nice features of the company.

      Cons

      I don't really have many. In some areas, it seems that salaries are on the low side.

      Pros

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Pros

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
