      Pros

      Working at Frankenmuth is such a huge blessing. The company from top to bottom is filled with the best employees, management, CEO I have ever seen. You can tell in company meetings how close our Frankenmuth Family is. It is truly the best place to work!

      Cons

      Frankenmuth is so balanced with family and work, there is not a con.

      Really great people. Lots of opportunities and company loyalty. Company really tries to do the right things to support staff and clients.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. First year with the company has been great!

      Pros

      Great pto, flex schedule, that's it

      Cons

      Overworked, all adjusters aren't licensed, workload is extremely heavy, no training for position just kinda winging it. Horrible management
